Jennifer Arellano

Jennifer was the START Ops Specialist from July 2021 - January 2026. While with START she coordinated the Center’s trainings and calendar, maintained the START Center archive, and managed START events. In undergrad, Jennifer studied political science, human rights, and international studies at UW, and later earned an MPA from Seattle U. Before joining START, Jennifer worked in recruiting at Amazon and did a service year with City Year - an AmeriCorp nonprofit that exclusively focuses on eradicating the education gap in South Seattle.
