Jennifer Joy

Jennifer  was the Operation Project Manager at the START Center from September 2023 to May 2024. She last worked as Program Administrator for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Office of the General Counsel, where much of her efforts focused on integration work following the merger between Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Fred Hutch. She has experience in internationally focused education programs, including managing the UW Taiwan Studies Program, working with international students at Green River College, taking high schoolers for immersive Mandarin study in Taiwan, and teaching English in Malaysia via Fulbright. Jennifer has a Master's degree in International Studies from the UW Jackson School, and a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies from Grinnell College in Iowa.
