STARTERS COME TOGETHER TO FORM CONNECTIONS AT THE 7TH ANNUAL ALUMNI EVENT

On May 2, 2024, members of the current START team, made up of research assistants, faculty, and staff came together with alumni, former faculty leads and staff, for the 7th Annual START Alumni Event. This year the START community of the past, present, and future gathered at the Hans Rosling Center for Population Health on the University of Washington Seattle campus to catch-up, played some trivia, and network, as well as hear about how START is moving into the future.

START alumni have gone on to work with PATH, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Public Health – Seattle & King County, IBM, Deloitte, Expedia, Amazon, PwC, Camber Collective, and other organizations, as well as continuing work at the University of Washington. START alumni remain engaged with START by sitting on alumni panels, participating in projects as subject matter experts, and serving as professional connections for graduating STARTers.
